Need to wait for 8am before you can go outside even if you're through with your delivery due to their 8am gate teller clock in for delivery fee payment,unconvenient for us in delivery

This place is okay. If you go to university or rizal park this is your transport you need to go in which place you go. The problem is the service, sometimes the train just smoke, or any that could be disturbed us. Like you are so late then the train malfunction then this is what your problem right now. I hope they fixed the train first before they start the service to their commuters.

Why do you always make us wait for 10mins or more in the platform area? Our time of waiting should be consistent, no more than 5mins.. Much more if there are skip trains.
